• Recruiting and Interviewing

We teach a comprehensive 1 ½ day course in full life cycle recruiting that is extremely valuable for any recruiter or human resources professional who has recruiting as part of their HR duties.  The course can be customized or broken down into modules and delivered in segments to meet the client’s needs.

We teach a very informative course in conducting effective interviews that is beneficial to anyone who interviews and hires prospective employees.

Both of these have a module that covers the legal Do’s and Don’ts of interviewing.

• Custom Training Development and Delivery 

The training provided by software companies and company provided training on a given software application is often woefully inadequate and/or poorly delivered.  We will develop and deliver customized training on software applications that are used by a client’s company that is customized to meet the client’s needs and usage of that application.

• Training Procurement

Upon request, we will perform comprehensive research to find and recommend training that is available on any subject matter area.  Before beginning the research we will identify the specific training needs and understand the budget available.
